Saafi Global Holdings LLC is pursuing designation as a Minnesota DHS-approved Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) consultation services provider, helping people understand their options and write their service delivery plan, with Somali-language capability built in.
Saafi Global Holdings LLC has applied to the Minnesota Department of Human Services for designation as a CFSS consultation services provider. This division becomes active once state approval and Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) enrollment are complete. Consultation services are not yet available — contact us to be notified at launch.
Every CFSS consultation runs on a direct relationship with the person and, where applicable, their representative — one point of contact, clear documentation, and continuity from the initial plan through ongoing support.
Language AccessInterpreter access is arranged for participants who need a language beyond Somali or English, consistent with CFSS program requirements.
